Welcome

Why Working Moms Thrive?

Let’s be honest as working moms, the mom guilt is real! Frustrated with the lack of support from the world out there and knowing there is more to it, we want to help other working moms feel better about themselves as partners, mothers, workers and friends.

We know first-hand the struggles of being a working mom. As mental health professionals we are also often asked for our advice. Our strategies and tools are researched, evidence-based practices that are strength-based, solution-focused and practical enough for everyday life.

Together, we can overcome the anxiety that comes with juggling it all. We can raise happy kids, be supportive partners and friends and become resilient, empowered moms.

I’ve learned that every working woman is a superwoman

Dani & Robyn

Hello!

We are the moms behind Working Moms Thrive! We are both registered mental health professionals who met over 6 years ago while working together at a NGO focused on strengthening families.

We both love our roles as moms and focusing on our careers…but finding the work-life balance is hard. Through our years as first time moms and then during our time with our second-born, we have found strategies that helped us ditch the guilt and focus on our mental health so that we can be present and give the best of ourselves! Now we want to share these tools and knowledge with you!
