Who we are
We met at work – while both pregnant with our first children. It was initially this experience that drew us together as we shared the aches, groans and joys of pregnancy. We quickly learnt we shared similar values, viewpoints and interests but were also strong, opinionated friends who weren’t afraid to go deep – or controversial. Over time, juggling the multiple roles of wife, mother, friend and employee, we forged a bond of friendship that has only strengthened with the trials of life. We served for more than 6 years together as part of a team involved with strengthening families and offering group programmes to children and their caregivers.
We co-authored multiple award-winning programmes, lead a team of other professionals, and innovated new strategies in the field of family preservation. And now we want to take our knowledge, skills, experience and passion to help other working moms the world over to find balance in their expectations of themselves and others, leave the guilt behind and stand strong.

“Looking after ourselves is not selfishness- in fact, it is vital to take care of ourselves first so that we can achieve all that we want and sometimes that means saying no to what we want but saying yes to what we need”
